Cashew and Cacoa Bliss Balls

1 cup pitted Medjool dates

½ cup raw cashews

1/3 cup peanut butter

1 Tbsp cocao powder, extra for dusting

water (if needed)



  1. Place dates and cashews in a food processor and process until well combined
  2. Add peanut butter and cocao powder to the mixture process until a moist dough is formed
  3. If mixture looks a little dry add a small amount of water until desired consistency reached
  4. Roll into snack sized balls and dust with cocao powder
  5. Allow 30 minutes for balls to firm up before eating, store the remainder in the fridge.
